On January 24, 2015, Fujian Lawyers Association convened a meeting to award best-performing lawyers in the province. Xu Xingwen, partner of Dacheng’s Xiaman office, was awarded one of the first outstanding pro bono lawyers of Fujian.
Xu is committed to pro bono services for the general public. He is a part-time lecturer at Tan Kah Kee College of Xiamen University and gives lectures to urban communities, elementary and middle schools, the army and students of Xiamen University. He handles every pro bono case carefully. Xu is also the Party secretary of the Xiamen office. Due to his relentless efforts, the office was honored “Best-performing Youth Group of Xiamen”. He was personally recognized as a model communist party member by Dacheng, an outstanding party member by the Bureau of Justice of Xiamen and a role model in Fujian’s legal profession.
