“China Business Law Journal” is a business law monthly for investors and decision-makers engaged in outbound investment to China, in-house legal counsels and lawyers. The “Law Firm of the Year” awards aim to recognize innovative and complex legal business conducted in China. The magazine collects submission forms from the world’s in-house counsels concerned with China and legal professionals and takes into account other important factors such as major transactions advised by participating law firms to determine winners of the awards.
