Three Cases Represented by Dacheng Selected into “2014 Top 10 Civil Cases of People’s Courts”
The editorial office of “People’s Court Daily”, a newspaper published by the Supreme People’s Court, recently released the list of “2014 Top 10 Civil Cases of People’s Courts”, three of which were represented by attorneys from Dacheng. They are: 1) copyright and the right to privacy dispute on the auction of Qian Zhongshu’s letter manuscripts; 2) the first integrated circuit layout design dispute in Shanghai; 3) Peking University vs. Zou Hengfu on reputation infringement.
The ten top cases, which were reported by People’s Court Daily in the year 2014, were deemed typical for their profound social impact, complexity, and the ground-breaking or exemplary effect of the decisions.
