Dacheng Wins China Business Law Journal’s 2014 Deal of the Year Award
In the latest rankings by “China Business Law Journal”, CNNC’s acquisition of Paladin Energy Ltd., an Australia-listed company, which was advised by a team led by Dacheng’s Beijing-based senior partner Yang Guisheng with joint efforts from attorneys in Australia, Namibia, Mauritius and Hong Kong, was awarded “2014 Deal of the Year”. Results of the rankings would be published on the November-January issue of the magazine.
