Mr. Peng Xuefeng, chairman of Dacheng, was recently elected executive council member at the first meeting of the Seventh Council of Western Returned Scholars Association-Chinese Overseas-Educated Scholars Association.

Western Returned Scholars Association-Chinese Overseas-Educated Scholars Association is a voluntary mass organization led by the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and administered by the United Front Work Department of CPC Central Committee. Since its founding in 1913, Western Returned Scholars Association has rallied numerous overseas-educated scholars to support the cause of national rejuvenation and economic prosperity with what they’ve learned abroad.
