An asset sale advised by Dacheng was recently recognized by The M&A Advisor as 2014 International M&A Deal of the Year and Agricultural Deal of the Year. The deal was between AgFeed Industries, Inc. and Ningbo Tech-Bank Co., Ltd., where AgFeed sold all its assets in China to Tech-Bank.

Dacheng senior partners Leng Xuefeng and Li Shoushuang acted as PRC law advisor for the seller, while partner Selig D. Sacks from U.S.-based Foley & Lardner LLP acted as American law advisor. Together they represented the seller throughout the deal.
