From July 22-23, 2009, “2009 International Investment and Fnancing Projects Meeting”, sponsored by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Wuhan Municipal People’s Government and Xiangfan Municipal People’s Government, was held respectively in Wuhan and in Xiangfan. At the invitation of Wuban Branch of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, attorney Lin Jing of Shanghai office attended. As the only invited legal consultant of investment and financing, attorney Lin Jing provided legal consultation in private equity financing and listing in and outside China for nearly 30 enterprises at the meeting. And he also dealt with the issues from numerous investment institutions both home and abroad, securities firms and investment banks.
