On the morning of July 26th, 2009, the second annual forum for the exchange of co-operation activities between KEDP and Dacheng carried out. Fan Jiahe, the chief executive officer of ATS legal service center and more than 20 Dacheng lawyers, KEDP founder Mr. Lu Xuming and Miss Gu Wei who was in charge of KEDP Shanghai office participated in the event.
Mr. Lv Xuming gave a speech on “Co-operation opportunity for across Taiwan strait lawyers and accountants” and particularly introduced KEDP development status and operations in Taiwan and Shanghai. Miss Gu Wei introduced interaction window that KEDP built for two sides of Taiwan strait, deepened the understanding between the two offices. Mr. Lu said, KEDP entered the mainland market not long, eagerly looked forward to find opportunities for cooperation and development in business with Dacheng in the future.
Participating attorneys and KEDP personnel discussed the problem that internationalized China assets faced and possible areas of cooperation. KEDP can help Dacheng carry out domestic and international IPO. Through the activity, Dacheng and KEDP are full of expectations to the further cooperation.
