July 20th, 2009, Dacheng global legal services network construction committee convened five branches’ partners of Xining, Yinchuan, Xi'an, Taiyuan, Zhengzhou held a forum on development strategy of central and western branches in Malacca, Malaysia.
The meeting deemed that shared resource is a prerequisite of build Dacheng globalization legal service network between headquarter and branches or among branches. It is only ended the framework building of global legal service network presently. The function of share resource has not fully appeared.
Dacheng global legal services network is a strategy plan. Branches of the construction of the central and western regions have their own unique character. It will engage in a major development period in the next 10-15 years. Branches should be actively working of formulate rules and regulations. Branches should carry out the concept, regulations and culture of Dacheng. At the same time, branches should be completed describing of the nearly three-year strategic development plan as soon as possible. Branches should combine the country’s preferential policies that give to central and western regions with the advantages of district and output the excellent legal services.
