The 8th China Lawyer Forum was held in Chengdu, Sichuan province in August, 2009. The paper “Lawyers, not only care about justice” written by Lv Liangbiao and Li Jiangtao won the best paper award. Attorney Lv liangbiao was invited to host sub-forum and deliver a keynote speech.
August 14th, Lv liangbiao was invited to host “practice sub-forum”, organized guests and lawyers to discuss on “legal risk management in modern corporation”. August 15th, he hosted forum “legal risk management”. And he had a salon-style discussion with leaders and legal experts from SASAC on legal risk management of national corporations overseas M&A about “Chinalco M&A Rio Tinto”, “Teng M&A Hummer”, “Wenzhou businessmen M Pierre Cardin” and other well-known M&A events. He also attended the “Development sub-forum” in the morning of August 15th and delivered a keynote speech on “Attorney’s professional value and value orientation”.
In recent years, attorney Lv Liangbiao was invited to attend the China Lawyer Forum repeatedly.
In September, 2007, “the 7th China Lawyer Forum” was held in Yinchuan. His paper “Legal risk and its control of China corporations oversea M&A” won the best paper award. He also hosted the “International forum on corporate legal risk prevention and control” and delivered a keynote speech on “Legal game of China’s national economy and transnational capital”.
In September, 2006, “the 6th China Lawyer Forum” was held in Taiyuan. He was invited to delivered a keynote speech on “Chinese lawyers legal risk and its prevention”. At the same time, as the Beijing lawyers debate team manager and coach, he had a excellent debate with Shanghai lawyers debate team.
In November, 2005, “the 5th China Lawyer Forum” was held in Tianjin. His paper “On the lawyer’s mission of construction of harmonious society” won the best paper award. He attended the legal debating competition as “the main speaker” during the forum. He also participated the “rule of law and media” sub-forum and delivered a speech.
