“Reconstruction credit cooperatives” written by senior partner of Dacheng Tuo Mingzhong and Li Xuyan has published by Law Press.
The authors of this book based on the laws and regulations and normative policy documents of the State council and banking regulatory agencies, drew on the experience of reforming of urban credit cooperatives and formation of city commercial banks, researched from the historical development of rural credit cooperatives and reform process to start, standed a height of deepening rural financial system reform and supporting the three rural economic development, comprehensive analyzed nature and character of rural credit cooperatives and the situation and existing problems with reform and development. They proposed the guiding ideology, basic principles, elements and steps of approval for reforming and standardizing rural credit cooperation, formatting of rural cooperative banks and commercial banks. The book had a deeper discussion and analysis on clean-up of original shareholders and interest protection in reforming of rural credit cooperation, non-performing assets disposal, clean-up of creditor’s rights and debts, corporate governance structure, strategic development and risk control after reformed.
