On August 20th, 2009, “the medium and small enterprises collected debt securities and financing forum” was held by Ministry of Industry and Information in Zhengzhou, Henan province. The forum sought to summarize and introduce the experience of the medium and small enterprises collecting debt securities and financing, help the medium and small enterprises to solve the difficult problem of financing. Head of Ministry of Industry and Information and Henan Province attended the forum and gave a speech. Some medium and small enterprise bureaus, financial institutions, stock exchanges, guarantee agencies, rating agencies, law firms from 31 provinces were represented at the forum.
Dacheng is the only law firm invited to the forum. Senior partner Shu Ziping and Guo Qing attended and gave a speech. They introduced the experiences of providing legal services to the medium and small enterprises on collecting debt securities, pointed out the problems and gave some advices.
