Paris—Groupement des Mousquetaires successfully completed a new European private placement (Euro PP) bonds issue listed on Euronext Access and placed with institutional investors.

BRED Banque Populaire acted as Lead Manager for this bond issue for a total nominal amount of €103,000,000. The bonds have a maturity of 7 years.

Groupement des Mousquetaires has also obtained the consent of the existing €70,000,000 bonds due 2021 in order to redeem the bonds before the maturity date together with the new issue.
