The Seminar on EU’s Latest Foreign Investment Screening Regulation, sponsored by Zhuhai Bureau of Commerce and Zhuhai Bureau of Justice, and organized by Dentons Zhuhai office and Zhuhai Enterprises Associations for Foreign Economic Cooperation, took place at the Zhuhai Holiday Resort Hotel on May 6, 2019. Huang Weiguo, vice-consultant of Zhuhai Bureau of Commerce, and Wang Li, deputy director of Zhuhai Bureau of Justice attended the seminar in which Zhang Jie, a senior partner from Dentons Zhuhai office, acted as the host. The Seminar also featured a panel of experts sharing insights on EU’s Foreign Investment Screening Regulation to be effective on April 1, 2019. They consist of partners from Dentons UK, Paris, Rome, Frankfurt, Luxemburg and Brussels offices, as well as a board director from China Renaissance Capital Investment.
