Labor Law Highlights: Top Ten Labor Law Events in 2018 Picked by Dentons China

The year 2018 marks the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening up and China's labor and employment model was transformed from planning-centric to market-oriented. 10 years after implementation of the Labor Contract Law, there have been a variety of labor issues. Looking back at 2018, Dentons Beijing Office Labor and Human Resources Practice Committee worked together with 44 branches in China, following several rounds of selections, and now is revealing the top ten labor law events in 2018 and reviewing highlights of labor law in 2018.
