Three Dentons Lawyers Appointed as Arbitrators by Beijing Arbitration Commission

Recently, the Beijing Arbitration Commission (the "BAC") issued the seventh arbitrator list, in which Dentons Beijing-based Senior Partners Yuan Huazhi, Deng Yongquan and Lv Liangbiao were appointed.

Established on September 28, 1995, with its values of "Independence, Impartiality, Professionalism and Efficiency", BAC has rapidly developed into an arbitration body with extensive reputation in China and increasing impact to the world. It has strict arbitrator selection and evaluation process, and only 528 people were selected as arbitrators this time, all of which were experts and scholars proficient in the practice of law, with good moral conduct and first-class professional skills in economic and other related fields.

Lawyers participating in the arbitration work could not only utilize their advantage in solving difficult problems, but also improve their own job, providing professional and effective legal services for clients. Our lawyers will continue to take advantage of their professional skills, and try their best to accomplish this work.
