On August 6, International Finance Summit 2015 & Opening Ceremony of PGC Capital (hereinafter referred to as “the Ceremony”) was successfully held at Pearl Hall, F/7, Shanghai International Convention Center, indicating the official entry of Prosperous Global China Capital (hereinafter referred to as “PGC Capital”) into the domestic capital circle. The joint legal service team composed of Shanghai-based partner Mr. Qiu Pei and senior partner Mr. Zhang Zhanmin provided the thorough legal service for the domestic and overseas matters of the cross-border RMB fund of PGC Capital.
 
The cross-border RMB real estate fund initially issued by PGC Capital—PGC UK Real Estate Investment Fund No. 1 will cooperate with the British developer, Court Collaboration, to promote the real estate private investment fund for the high-end apartments at 29 Legge Lane Place, the central zone of Birmingham, UK. The scale of the first issue of the fund will amount to RMB 160 million, with a term of 15 months (subject to the actual status of the fund issuance). Through the agreement facilities, the fund actualizes the mode of split fund return distribution for the investors to choose the mode of fund return distribution in cash or housing property and meet different demands of the investors.
