On July 3, 2015, Chen Xing Development Holdings Limited (stock code: 2286) was successfully launched at the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Chen Xing Development Holdings Limited was registered in Cayman Islands. Its main operation entity in China—Chen Xing Property Development Co., Ltd., is a property developer located in Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province. It is the first mainland property development company that has been launched at Hong Kong’s stock exchange market since the beginning of the year.
