On March 28, 2015, senior partner Yang Shuwen from Dacheng’s Urumqi office was retained as standing legal counsel for the Sports Bureau of Xinjiang Autonomous Region. Yang will advise the bureau on day-to-day management, events organization, and legality and risk control issues.

Yang’s team will also provide legal counsel for the 13th National Winter Games to be held in Xinjiang by the sports bureau and the government of the autonomous region.

The team also includes associates Xu Xuemei, Li Jin, Shi Yuqing, Xu Haojie, Wang Jun and Du Xiaoshuang.
