Dacheng Advises Shandong Fengyuan Biomass Power Co.,Ltd. on NEEQ Listing
On March 23, 2015, Shandong Fengyuan Biomass Power Co., Ltd. (stock code: 832236) was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system. A Jinan-based team composed of attorneys Feng Lihui, Wang Botao, Li Rui and paralegal Lu Siyu advised the company on the listing.
Fengyuan Biomass Power Co., Ltd. is the first NEEQ-listed enterprise in Zaozhuang, Shandong province. It is mainly engaged in biomass power generation, a form of renewable energy power generation by burning biomass in the 130t/h high-temperature and high-pressure joint grate biomass boiler to drive the 25MW condensing steam turbine-generator set. Adopting a generator-transformer-line group connecting system, the generator passes power into a double winding step-up transformer, which is connected via 110kv line with 220kv Qingtan transformer substation. The substation is then joined with Shandong grid at 110kv voltage class, offering power to factories and households.
