Changsha Office Advises Bijie Construction & Investment Co., Ltd. on RMB1.6bln Corporate Bond Issuance
On January 1, 2015, Bijie Construction and Investment Co., Ltd. successfully issued RMB1.6bln worth of corporate bonds. According to the No. [2014] 2895 document issued by Department of Fiscal and Financial Affairs of NDRC, these are seven-year-term fixed-rate bonds.
The issuance took place following the release of “Corporate Bond Review Handbook” by NDRC, in which more detailed and stricter rules regarding lawyers’ work procedures and specific matters subject to review were set out. A Changsha-based team composed of capital markets senior partner Jiang Guofu, attorneys Zhang Chengwei, Guo Sheng and Wang Xiaopeng advised Bijie Construction and Investment Co., Ltd. on the bond issuance.
