Nanjing-based senior partner Yang Rongjin, who is also head of the office’s bankruptcy and restructuring practice, partner Ding Tian, attorneys Chen Yao, Qu Wen and part-time attorney He Wangxiang attended the 6th East Asia Symposium on Business Restructuring & Insolvency Law and Practice held in Kyoto, Japan. Yang spoke at the symposium. 

The symposium was attended by scholars, judges and lawyers in the field of bankruptcy law from China, Japan and South Korea. They present to each other the latest research and legislation on bankruptcy in their home countries to enhance mutual exchanges. Next year’s symposium will be held in South Korea.
