Dacheng Advises Tianjin Beichen Science & Technology Park on Corporate Bond Issue
Attorneys from Dacheng’s Tianjin office recently advised Tianjin Beichen Science & Technology Park on the issuance of corporate bonds for the year 2014.
According to a file from the Finance Department of NDRC, Tianjin Beichen Science & Technology Park offered no more than RMB1.5bn worth of seven-year fixed-rate bonds to fund projects at Tianjin Wind Power Industrial Park.
The Tianjin-based team was composed of attorneys Wang Jiao, Wang Bin and Liu Lili.
