Dacheng Advises Jiangxi HDJ Information Technology Co., Ltd. on NEEQ Listing

On July 22, 2014, Jiangxi HDJ Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “HDJ”) was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system. A Nanchang-based team led by attorney Wang Fuchun advised HDJ on the listing. The team is the first local team from Jiangxi that has ever served Jiangxi-based enterprises on NEEQ listing. 

HDJ is the sixth NEEQ-listed enterprise from Jiangxi. The first five were all advised by attorneys from either Beijing or Shanghai .

The team worked amicably with the securities trader and accounting firm on the project and followed strict quality standard (ISO9000) and procedural standard (“PDCA cycle”, i.e., the Plan-Do-Check-Action cycle) whiling striving for the best possible results. By doing so, the team won recognition and trust from the client.
