On April 26 2014, a special asset management scheme administered by Wanjia Gongying Assets Management Co., Ltd. successfully raised RMB100mln as expected. A Dacheng team led by Jinan-based senior partner Wang Lin advised on the formation of the scheme, the fund of which would be directed to a Yanzhou-based urban investment company in the form of entrusted loans to support the demolition of shanty towns and the construction of indemnificatory housing in two local districts.
Wanjia Gongying Assets Management Co., Ltd. is a joint venture founded by a public fund and a third party financial advisor.
