Dacheng Retained as Legal Counsel for 53rd Word Table Tennis Championship
Attorneys Xiao Xiang, Ma Yan, Wang Chun and Zhu Ruiming from Dacheng’s Suzhou office were retained as legal counsel for the 53rd World Table Tennis Championship to be held on April 26-May 3, 2015.
The team of attorneys would provide legal services before and during the event, including drafting legal opinion letters, participating in contract negotiations, practicing intellectual property rights, representing the organizing committee in litigation and arbitration, offering legal assistance in case of emergencies, as well as providing legal support for all departments of the organizing committee.
