On January 9 2014, National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd. issued a letter of approval to Ferguson (Wuhan) Biotechnologies Limited on its application for a listing at the NEEQ system. This made Ferguson (Wuhan) one of the first foreign-invested joint stock companies entering the system following the expansion of the new third board.
