On January 24 2014, Kingdom Auto-Control Tech (Changsha) Co., Ltd.(stock code: 430592) was successfully launched on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system and issued 3.7m shares to a specified group of investors.
Dacheng Changsha office acted as special legal counsel for Kingdom Auto-Control.
