Dacheng senior partner Guo Qing was recently appointed as independent member of the Credit Administration Committee of China Development Bank, to advise the bank on lending-related decision-making. This is the third consecutive three-year term Mr. Guo will fulfill as independent member of the committee. In the past six-year tenure, he had offered independent opinion on over a hundred lending projects covering industries such as energy resources, transportation, infrastructure, land reserve, water conservation, mining, iron and steel, chemical, medicine, automobile, equipment manufacturing, real estate, shanty area rebuilding, culture industry, financial leasing, securities, aviation, ships, offshore project financing and M&A lending.
