Recently, a Dentons Shanghai team led by Senior Partner Wu Jingjing advised AVIC International Leasing on obtaining financing from China Development Bank's Shanghai Branch for one Airbus 321NEO aircraft and leasing this aircraft to Air China in Germany local time January 31 in Hamburg.

In this financial leasing deal, the lessor is a project company located in Tianjin Dongjiang Free Trade Zone set up by AVIC International Leasing. The contracts involved in this deal include financing agreement, aircraft financial leasing agreement, purchase equity transfer agreement, fuselage warranty agreement, engine warranty agreement and related notices and confirmation letters.
