Dentons advises Nantong State-owned Assets Investment Holdings on non-public issuance of corporate bonds

In September 2018, Nantong State-owned Assets Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (NSAI) received a no-objection letter from the Shanghai Stock Exchange for its listing and transfer of the non-publicly issued corporate bonds. In October and November 2018, NSAI issued two tranches of corporate bonds, with a total amount of RMB 3 billion. China Securities served as the lead underwriter.

A Dentons Nantong team led by senior partner Gu Yingbin, assisted by associate Zhang Zhouyi, provided a full scope legal assistance for NASI on this issuance, including legal due diligence, issuing an attorney's opinion letter and providing other legal advisory services.
