Dentons assists Capol in gaining CSRC approval for the A-share IPO

On November 27, 2018, the initial public offering and listing (the IPO project) application of Shenzhen Capol International & Associates Co., Ltd. (Capol) was reviewed and approved at the 180th meeting of the 17th Issuance Examination Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). Capol intends to get listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Capol is mainly engaged in architectural design and R&D and the related businesses, including cost consulting and engineering procurement construction, etc. The company is committed to developing into a design technology enterprise with a full industrial chain layout that takes design and R&D as the lead and prefabricated building and BIM as the core technology.

Dentons Zhenshen senior partner Gao Wen led the team that provided a full scope assistance on Capol's IPO project. Ms. Gao was supported by Gu Zhiwei (Beijing), Li Jiuzhou and Li Linnan (both from Shenzhen) and other team members. Their work mainly included conducting legal due diligence, participating in the design of listing plans, preparing the attorney's working report and opinion letter and previous supplementary legal opinions, and resolving relevant legal issues.
