On October 25, 2018, a Dentons Kunming-based team advised Yunnan Metropolitan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (stock name: Yunnan MRED, stock code: 600239) in relation to its successful public issuance of 3-year RMB2.18 billion 2018 Series I Corporate Bond (for qualified investors) on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The coupon rate of the Bond is 8.10%, and the credit rating is AAA. Guangzhou Securities served as the underwriter.
