On October 25, 2018, a Dentons Kunming-based team advised Yunnan Metropolitan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (stock name: Yunnan MRED, stock code: 600239) in relation to its successful public issuance of 3-year RMB 2 billion 2018 Series I Debt Financing Program on the Beijing Financial Assets Exchange.
