On the morning of September 6, 2018, at the invitation of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the PRC (the "MNR"), Dentons Beijing senior partner Yang Guisheng attended the China Mineral Resources Report (the "Report") Comments Soliciting Symposium and provided his professional opinions on the policies, regulations and industry administration parts of the Report.

The Report is a white paper on China's mineral resources industry dynamics, regulations and policies. Every year, the MNR (formerly the Ministry of Land and Resources) will organize the preparation of this Report and release it on the annual China Mining Congress & Expo jointly organized by the MNR, the Tianjin Municipal Government, and the China Mining Association in October. A total of nine experts from Aluminum Corporation of China, Energy China, Dentons, China University of Geosciences, Sinopec Group, CGCOC Group, Endi Group, Beijing Institute of Geology for Mineral Resources and other institutions attended the symposium.
