In July 2018, a Dentons Fuzhou team was instructed by the Administration for Industry & Commerce of Fujian to provide legal advice on the legislative project of the local regulation – Regulations on the Registration and Supervision of Corporations in Fujian Province (the "Project").

The Administration for Industry & Commerce of Fujian entrusted a government procurement agency to purchase the legal service for this Project. After a competitive tender amongst numerous law firms, Dentons Fuzhou office were awarded this work for our comprehensive strength, rich practice experience in the areas of administrative law, commercial registration and market supervision, accumulated during many years of serving as legal advisors for administrative bodies, such as the Administration for Industry & Commerce of Fujian and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Fujian Province. We received the highest ratings in the business, technical and overall assessments, thus finally became the service provider of this Project.

A Dentons Fuzhou team, consisting of senior partners Zhang Changchun and Ye Zhiwei, and associates Hu Yulang, Meng Jia, Wang Zecong and Chen Jie, will work on this Project, including legislative research, pre-legislative evaluation, drafting and reasoning of the draft regulations, and participating in the drafting of the interpretation materials and promotional campaigns of legal knowledge.
