Recently, senior partner Mo Fei and partner Liu Weixiang from Dacheng’s Shanghai Office served as legal counsels for Fengwei (Shanghai) Movie and Television CCI Capital Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Fengwei”), one of the investors of the movie “Mr. Black: Green Star” which is released during summer holidays as of August 7. Dacheng provided Fengwei with special legal services for investing in the movie, inclusive of legal opinions on investment issues, review and revise of the investment agreements etc.

This animated movie is co-presented by Shanghai Film Group and Shanghai Animation Film Studio, and invested by Fengwei and Shanghai Animation Film Studio. It tells a story about the guardian of the city Mr. Black taking a series of investigation and defense actions to stop the big evil Mr. Ape from launching a flying museum “Green Star” to exile the citizens to the universe.
