On May 28, NingBo Deye Inverter Technology Co., Ltd. (“Deye Inverter”, stock code: 832525) was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system. A Dacheng team consisting of Shanghai-based senior partner Wang Enshun, associates Cai Chang and Gu Qian and Ningbo-based senior partner Ye Yuanhua acted as legal counsel for Deye Inverter. The team conducted due diligence and drafted attorney’s opinion letter for the company.
Deye Inverter, founded in 2007, is a new- and hi-tech enterprise engaged in the R&D, manufacture and sale of frequency control chips and variable frequency inverters. Over the past years, Deye Inverter has become a leading integrated solution provider of variable frequency inverters for inverter air conditioner suppliers in China. In September 2009, the company was selected as one of the world’s three frequency control chip providers for Midea Group’s household air conditioner unit. Since 2014, over 50% of the frequency control chip purchases made by Midea group have been with Deye Inverter. The company has also established long-term strategic partnership with Texas Instruments, a world-renowned semiconductor chips manufacturer.
