On April 29, at the 33rd meeting held by the Review Committee of Merger, Acquisition and Reorganization of Listed Companies of China Securities Regulation Commission (“CSRC”), the asset purchase via stock issue and cash payment and the associated fund-raising plan of Jiangsu Changfa Refrigeration Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002413) was unconditionally approved.
