ARCADIS, a world’s top 10 natural and built asset design and consultancy firm, recently completed the acquisition of Callison, LLC. ARCADIS, which also owns the built asset consultancy firm EC Harris, architectural design firm RTKL and Asia’s leading construction program planning and assets management consultancy firm Langdon & Seah, is headquartered in Netherlands and operates more than 300 branch offices around the globe with 22,000 employees and generates 2.5bln euros in revenue annually. US-based Collison, LLC is an international architecture and interior design consultancy firm with representative offices in the US, China, Europe, Middle East and Mexico and approximately 1,000 employees. 

A Dacheng team made up pf Beijing-based senior partner Jiang Rongqing, associates Zhu Biyun and Wang Lu represented and advised Chinese shareholders of Collison, LLC on the deal.
