On February 16, 2015, Guangzhou HY Energy Co., Ltd. gained the approval to be listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) listing.
A Guangzhou-based team composed of senior partner Lu Wangsheng, associate Lu Yuan and intern attorney Jiang Yuwen advised the company on the listing.
Guangzhou HY Energy Co., Ltd., founded in 2001, is a small-sized hi-tech wind power enterprise engaged in R&D, manufacture and sale of minitype wind-driven generator and the provision of optimal clean energy solutions.
The company owns more than 30 inventions, utility models and design patents. It is a designated undertaker of scientific research projects outlined China’s twelfth five-year plan and the “863 Program” (State High-Tech Development Plan). It is a drafter of GB/T29544-2013, national safety standards on wind and solar hybrid power system and GB/T-29494-2013, national standards on minitype vertical axis wind turbine.
