Guangzhou-based Attorneys Advise Kenbotong Technology Co., Ltd. on NEEQ Listing

On January 23, 2015, Guangdong Kenbotong Technology Co., Ltd. (“KBT”, stock code: 831958) was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system. 

A Guangzhou-based team advised KBT on the listing. The team included capital markets attorneys Lu Wangsheng and Peng Yuan and trainee Jiang Yuwen. 

KBT, founded on April 28, 1995, has become one of the best-known communication antenna designers, manufacturers and solution providers in Asia over the past two decades. KBT is the State-level High-tech Enterprise, its KBT brand identified as China Famous Trademark, Guangdong Famous Trademark and its product series identified as Guangdong Name Brand Products. KBT is also a provincial-level enterprise technology center, Guangdong province’s engineering technology research center and one of the undertakers of the National Torch Plan.
