GCR’s recommendation focuses on the following aspects: first, Dacheng’s antitrust group is backed by 42 domestic offices within its global legal service network, which enable the group to deliver antitrust services in the broadest geographical scope in China; second, the antitrust group, which is composed of a Beijing-based team with four partners and seven associates and paralegals, and a Beijing-based team with Shanghai-based team with three partners and six associates and paralegals, is so far the largest one in China’s antitrust law service sector; moreover, the group has served a large number of clients (mostly Fortune 500 companies) on a broad range of antitrust matters, including but not limited to, declaration of operators centralization, dealing with antitrust probes, antitrust compliance, representation in antitrust civil lawsuits, as well as handling overlapping issues related to both IP and antitrust.
