On December 24, 2014, Shanghai Natlinear Electronics Co., Ltd. (“Natlinear Electronics”, stock code: 831394) was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system. A Shanghai-based team led by senior partner Lin Jing conducted due diligence and advised Natlinear Electronics on the listing. The team also included attorneys Wang Haifei and He Yuping.
