Recently, Beijing Yicheng Changxiang Investment Center and Beijing Yicheng Shengjie Investment Center, which are owned by China Growth Capital, and other investors such as Shanghai Amoeba Venture Capital LP completed capital increase in Shanghai Boka Software Technology Co., Ltd.

A Shanghai-based team led by attorney Shi Jinjuan advised on the capital increase. Their work included conducting due diligence over Shanghai Boka Software Technology Co., Ltd., drafting transactional documents and participating in negotiations leading to those documents, executing the deal as well as advising on post-execution matters such as the improvement of internal governance structure.
