On November 12, Henan Huangguo Grain Co., Ltd. (“Huangguo Grain”, stock code: 831357) was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system. A team led by Shanghai-based senior partner Lin Jing conducted due diligence and advised the company on the listing. The team also included attorneys Wang Haifei and He Yuping.

Huangguo Grain is primarily engaged in the R&D, manufacture and sale of water mill glutinous rice flour. It is a market leader in the area of water mill glutinous rice flour production and a drafter of national and industrial standards. In 2011, it was named “National Key Enterprises in Agricultural Industrialization” by the Ministry of Agriculture. Its “Huangguo” glutinous rice flour, classed “Quality Product”, “Brand Name”, “Inspection-exempt Product” and “Pollution-free Product” successively by authorities of Henan province and certified “Green Food” by the Ministry of Agriculture, is supplied to key frozen food producers such as Sanquan Food, Synear Food and Kedi Food.
