On November 13, Jiangsu YaTeer Ground-Source Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. (stock code: 831355) was successfully listed on the National Equities and Exchange Quotations (“NEEQ”) system, becoming the third NEEQ-listed enterprise in Changshu. A team led by Shanghai-based senior partner Wang Hanqi advised the company on the listing. Wang was assisted by partner Fan Jianhong, paralegals Guo Mengyuan and Wei Weiqiang.

The company takes a dominant 90% market share in ground-source heat pump market in Changshu and is widely known in East China. It has also formed strategic partnership with important real estate developers such as Shimao Group and SPG Land (Holdings) Limited.
