In February 2014, the organizing committee of Binhai International Micro Film Festival renewed contract with Dacheng attorney Xiao Sa to keep her as senior advisor for the second festival.
 
Binhai International Micro Film Festival, hosted by the Communist Youth League Committee of Binhai New Area of Tianjin and the Area’s Youth Federation, aims to foster the festival into the symbol of Binhai. It is known worldwide and is increasingly gaining importance.
 
When the first festival was held, the organizing committee faced challenges in gathering videos, developing film products and operating P2P websites. To guarantee the smooth operation of the second festival, the organizer decided to let attorney Xiao Sa, a legal risk management professional, provide all-round legal support for the event.
