On December 21 2011, at the 282nd work conference of CSRC’s IPO review committee, Guangzhou Pubang Landscape Architecture Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Pubang Landscape”) gained approval for its IPO application. Pubang Landscape is scheduled to issue 43,680,000 RMB-denominated ordinary shares, or 25.006% of its 174,680,000 shares for capitalization. Dacheng acts as the issuer’s legal counsel, while Guangdong GP Certified Public Accountant Co., Ltd. serves as auditor and GF Securities Co., Ltd. as sponsor.
Pubang Landscape is primarily engaged in landscape engineering, garden design, nursery stock production and garden maintenance for residential areas, tourist resorts and public lawns. The company also trades in nursery stock.
The project was led by senior partner Shen Linping from the capital markets practice and was undertaken jointly by Mr. Shen, attorneys Guo Zhiqing and Quan Fen. The team, starting to attend to the project in April 2010, assisted the company in restructuring and reform, provided pre-IPO tutoring and advised on the IPO application before getting CSRC approval. This is the fifth successful IPO application project advised by Shen Linping and the tenth such project advised by Dacheng attorneys so far this year. Until now, Dacheng has advised on ten IPO application projects, which have all gained approval from the regulatory authority.
