Recently, Dentons was recognized as Top 10 Law Firms for China PE Exit Deals in China Business Law Journal's latest publication.

Dentons has been at the forefront in the field of private equity investment, assisting numerous fundraising companies from setup, growth to listing. We have advised companies in the stages of start-up, growth, expansion and mergers and acquisitions, specialized at providing cross-border legal services on equity, credit and mezzanine financing.
